Who Are We?

I have been working in Financial Services for 18 years. I started at Abbey Life Assurance Company in London then became Group Mortgage Manager in a Kent based Estate Agent. I became an IFA specialising in the mortgage market in 1998 and have now formed Phoenix Whitstable Limited as a Mortgage and Life Broker with the help of my wife Andrea.

I work on personal recommendations and have a successful client base of approximately 400. I have simple solutions to most problems with a personal, friendly and efficient service with no fuss and little jargon.

I am always sensitive to your needs and arrange visits in the comfort of your own home at your convenience.

Our Charges

There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances but may range from £150 to £500. Our typical fee is £300.
If we do charge you a fee and your product does not go ahead you will receive a full refund.
